This page describes how this website works. For questions about information you share with DataBytes Software Ltd, contact share your audit and request a follow-up.

Enquiries you submit

Only when you choose to share your assessment, our AI Readiness Audit sends your name, email address, business name, assessment answers, results and optional message to DataBytes Software Ltd through our Microsoft 365 email service. You can see and download your results without sharing personal details. Until you submit the follow-up request, answers remain in the current browser page and are not saved by us. Closing or refreshing the page clears them. We use submitted information to discuss your assessment and work you request. We do not add you to a marketing list through this form.

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Enquiries are processed by an Azure server function and delivered to our business mailbox, where your assessment is retained as an email and a structured attachment for handling your request. No CRM is connected in this version. Temporary request information is used to limit automated submissions. Please avoid sending passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential system data.

Website technology

This version does not load third-party analytics, advertising scripts or external fonts. The site does not set analytics cookies. The hosting service may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the website.
